How to prepare soya snacks?
– Put the pan on the gas and add oil in it
– Now add asafoetida and cumin seeds in it
– Roast finely chopped onion well.
– Now add green chilli and ginger-garlic paste into it.
– Roast yellow and red capsicum well.
– Grind the beetroot well and add it to the pan.
– Add peas and add salt, turmeric and coriander.
– Now add soya chunks in it.
– Now take it out in a bowl and pour Greek yogurt on it.
While serving, garnish it with coriander leaves.
